1. About DeckShift

DeckShift is a UK-based trading card game webstore. Our Site is operated by DeckShift, contactable at info@deckshift.co.uk. Our store is powered by Shopify Inc.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. DeckShift reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Products

DeckShift sells sealed trading card game products including booster boxes, booster packs, starter decks, and other related products. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. DeckShift reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed on the Site at the time your order is placed.

In the event of a pricing error, DeckShift reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from DeckShift. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payment information is processed securely via Shopify Payments and we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details of delivery timescales, costs, and conditions.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DeckShift or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Trading card game names, artwork, and related intellectual property (including but not limited to One Piece Card Game and Riftbound) are the property of their respective owners. DeckShift is an authorised retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeckShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
