Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we're looking to offer in the future — keep an eye on our socials for updates.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. If you have a DeckShift account, you can also log in and view your order status at any time from your account page.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange it for you.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're really sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. We'll get it sorted with a replacement or full refund.

Every order is packed with care to protect your cards — if something goes wrong in transit, we've got you covered.

Can I return opened sealed product?

Unfortunately we can't accept returns on opened sealed product (booster boxes, packs, etc.) unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Orders & payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via secure Shopify checkout.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We dispatch quickly, so we can't always guarantee changes once an order is placed — but we'll do our best.

I haven't received an order confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, get in touch with your name and the email address you used and we'll resend it.

Products & stock

Which TCGs do you stock?

We currently stock Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Flesh and Blood, One Piece TCG, Riftbound, Star Wars: Unlimited, Cyberpunk TCG, and Weiss Schwarz — plus accessories.

Do you stock singles as well as sealed product?

Right now our focus is sealed product — booster boxes, packs, and starter decks. Singles may be something we expand into in the future.

An item is out of stock — will it come back?

We restock regularly. Follow us on social media or check back on the product page for availability updates. If you'd like to be notified, feel free to drop us a message.

Packaging & condition

How do you pack your orders?

All orders are packed with protective materials to ensure sealed product arrives in perfect condition. Booster boxes and larger items are double-boxed where necessary.

Are your products brand new and factory sealed?

Yes — everything we sell is 100% brand new and factory sealed directly from official distributors. We do not sell resealed or pre-owned product.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

We're actively working to reduce packaging waste and use recyclable materials wherever possible. This is something we're committed to improving as we grow.
